Sarita Rubio Herrera, 93, nació el 31 de Agosto del 1926 en Victoria, Texas y entró en eterno descanso el 27 de Abril del 2020 en New Caney, Texas. Sarita le sobreviven su hija, Guadalupe Salinas. Una hermana, Angela Rubio. Nieta, Miriam Salinas y esposo Tony Huffman. Nieto, Agustin Salinas Jr. Bisnietos, Isaac Cordoba y Joseph Huffman. Sarita será recordada con amor y cariño por todos aquellos con quienes compartió en vida.

Joan Henning died peacefully April 26, 2020 in Kingwood, Texas.
Joan was born on October 14, 1925 to Lawrence H. and Thelma Wolff Tash in Scottsburg, Indiana. After graduating from Franklin College, she worked two years in Indianapolis, moving to Mishawaka in 1950. In 1952, she married Charles A. Henning, who died in September 2006.
Survivors include two daughters, Lucia Carl, Jr. Erskine of Cleveland, Texas, Clarissa Johnny Wong of Gresham, Oregon and two grandchildren, Aaron Wong of Portland, Oregon and Adryon Wong of Bend, Oregon. Also surviving, a brother, Samuel L Sharon Tash of Fort Wayne and sister-in-law Anni Robert Tash. There are several nieces and nephews.
Joan retired from teaching French from South Bend Community School Corporation in 1984 and that year became a volunteer docent at the Snite Museum of Art and the South Bend Museum of Art. She retired in 2006, then volunteered as a receptionist at the South Bend Museum.
Charles and Joan participated in the host program with the Youth for Understanding and the Notre Dame Foreign Student program, hosting many students. They visited number of students in their home countries. They were members of 1st Presbyterian Church in South Bend for many years.
In 2014, Joan moved to Cleveland, Texas to live with her daughter Lu and her husband Jay-Arr and attended Jehova Witness. Joan loved her family, teaching, art, baking, meeting new people from every country, and games from crossword to euchre. She will be missed dearly.
Tamra Pelletier, 57 was born January 10, 1963 to Lonny DuChien and Rosalie May Ley in San Diego, California. She passed away peacefully on April 21, 2020 in Porter, Texas surrounded by her loved ones.
Tamra is preceded in death by her brothers, Tracy DuChien and Tony DuChien. She is survived by her husband of 37 years of marriage, Richard Pelletier. Daughters; Grace Orozco and husband Angel. Youngest daughter Whitney Pelletier. Father, Lonny DuChien. Mother, Rosalie May Ashworth, and husband Earl. 4 grandchildren Alexzander, Gabriel, Orin and Stormi.
