Thomas Wayne Millican, 59, was born June 26, 1962 in Houston, Texas. He passed away on Sunday February 20, 2022 in Porter, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents Harold James & Dollie Ann Millican.

Thomas is survived by his son Harold Thomas Millican, and daughter Kimberly Dawn Millican. Three brothers Douglas Millican, Roy Millican, and Randy Millican. As well as four grandchildren Alissa, Serenity, Preston, and Austin.

A private service was held by his family.
