Thomas Earl Smith, 65, of Humble, TX was born February 14,1958, passed away August 17,2023 in Livingston, TX. He was a retired US Navy Veteran. He loved dogs. Especially his longtime companion Scout.

He is preceded in death by his father Bob Smith of New Caney, TX.

Tommy is survived by his two children, daughter Kristin Florence, Snow Hill, NC, son Robert Smith, Dayton, TX. mother Rachel Stevenson, sister, Susie King, of Groveton, two brothers Bobby Smith of Humble and Richard Moore of Kingwood. He also had 8 surviving grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
