Russell Allen Chancey, 75, was born on July 19, 1945 in Lufkin, Texas. He passed away on January 23, 2021 in Houston, Texas.
 
He is preceded in death by his parents; Jim Patrick Chancey, Betty Anice Raspberry, daughter Jetta Penrod, one brother Cody, and one sister, Sherry. 

He is survived by his wife of 55 years of marriage, Mary Patricia Chancey. Daughter and her husband. Three brothers, two sisters, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Stepparents, Cecil Rhea and Lilia Chancey.   Honorable niece and two honorable nephews.

Private Service will be held by his family.
