Roy Hayes Johnson IV

Roy Hayes Johnson IV (49) was born October 21, 1974, in Denver, Colorado and passed away April 17, 2024, in Conroe, Texas. He is preceded in death by his mother, Belinda Williams. 

Roy is survived by his wife, Ciendy Johnson, with whom he enjoyed 12 years of marriage, her sons Tyler & Travis Lawson, and his daughter, Serena Johnson, and his beloved pup, Roxi. He is also survived by his father Roy Hayes Johnson III & wife Liz, stepfather John Settle, brother Dale Settle and wife Anastasia, brother Ryan Johnson and wife Auri, brothers Benjamin & Brandon Johnson, along with nieces and nephews.  He was especially fond of his Aunt Terri Simms, and his cousins Jason Johnson, Justin Thomas, and Angie Juarez.  He had many other beloved family members, and great friends. 

He was a loving and devoted Husband who enjoyed every moment of his life together with Ciendy, whether they were hanging out or on an adventure. He enjoyed cooking the family meals and making sure Ciendy was taken care of.  His love of others made him a special person.  He always went out of his way to take care of the people that he loved. His caregiving took a lead role in his life as he stepped up to assist in the care of Ciendy’s dad, Norman.  He was the primary person to oversee Norman’s care, in Norman’s final years.

Though he has departed, his spirit lives on in the hearts of those who were privileged to know him. Rest peacefully and free of pain until we meet again.
