Ronald Warren Parker

Ronald Warren Parker, 76, of Porter, Texas, won his battle on May 14, 2020, and is now living his Eternal Life in Paradise in the loving presence of God, his Father, through Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior.  Ronald was born on April 3, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan to Leon G. and Margaret L. Daffron Parker.  He enlisted into the US Air Force in 1962.  It was the Air Force that allowed his dream of being around and working with airplanes to come to fruition.  After his discharge from the AF, Ronald continued his studies at Northrop Institute of Technology where he completed his training of Airframe and Power Plant.  He was a mechanic for United Airlines for close to 30 years before retiring. Ronald loved his music, art and cooking; liked spending time outdoors and shopping.  He spent countless hours on Facebook conversing with many people from around the world.      Ronald is survived by his love of 42 years, Lynda Parker.  He will be greatly missed by many.  His memories will remain in our hearts forever  Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2020 starting at 5pm. to 8pm.  Service is on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 12 noon at Rios Funeral Directors Chapel. Internment is scheduled for Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 11:30 at Houston National Cemetery.
