01/30/1955 ~ 10/31/2021  Roger Lee Howard, 66, was born on January 30, 1955 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021 in his home surrounded by his loving family in Kingwood, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents Crawford Howard, Lois Austin, and brother Allen Ray Howard.Roger is survived by his spouse Carolyn Howard of 43 years of marriage, his son Mark Alan Howard, daughter Amanda Dawn Howard, brother Ronnie Howard, and his grandchildren Daisha George and Amelia George.Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 8:00pm Thursday November 4, 2021 with a service beginning at 6:30pm at El Monte Calvario Church.The service will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021 at 1:00 pm at El Monte Calvario Church.
