Refugio Cerda Jr.

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Refugio Cerda Jr. 

Refugio, age 64, was born on September 15, 1961, in Houston, Texas, and passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026, in Houston, Texas.

 Refugio was preceded in death by his father, Refugio Cerda Sr. 

He is survived by his loving mother, Anita Rosales Cerda; his sisters, Evangelina Cerda and her husband Victor Ruiz, Melinda Salias and her husband Richard, and Michelle Lopez and her husband Reynaldo; as well as his nieces, nephews, and many other loved ones. 

Though he is no longer with us, Refugio’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family and loved ones.
