Randy Weston Haley

Randy Weston Haley, age 67, quietly passed away on June 8, 2025, surrounded by his cherished family. Known for his warm and friendly nature, Randy had a gift for making everyone feel like a friend. He had a deep love for people, fast cars, and the simple joy of spending time around a fire with family. As we grieve his loss, we also celebrate his faith in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Randy is now free from pain and resting in peace.

Born on October 19, 1957, in Pasadena, Texas, Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley Weston Haley and Marie Annette Shropshire, along with his brother Cliffton and sister Michella.

Growing up in Splendora, Texas, Randy was an active student. He excelled in football and earned the title of Homecoming King. All who knew him will miss his warm spirit and loving nature.

In New Caney, Texas, he met his wife, Mary Frances Haley, who stood by his side until his last moments.

Randy is survived by his son, Ransom Weston Haley II (Little Randy), daughters Shona Marie Bryant and Naomi Frances Lolley, eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one great-grandchild on the way.

As a dedicated truck driver and heavy equipment operator, Randy specialized in running flatbeds and operated various heavy machinery with great skill. He loved sharing his industry experiences, particularly his thrilling stories of close encounters. Randy also introduced his family to BBQ cook-offs, a tradition that brought everyone together. In his honor, we will participate in the September 2025 East Montgomery County Cook-off at the A.V. 'Bull' Sallas Park.

Randy's legacy of love and joy will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched.
