It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ralph E. Tullier, a dedicated husband, father, and esteemed Navy veteran. Ralph peacefully departed this world on July 15, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, service, and passion.
Born on February 10, 1945, Ralph devoted his life to his family and his country. He served with honor as a Navy photographer from 1962 to 1968, capturing moments of history and the lives of his fellow service members. His keen eye and steady hand behind the camera left an indelible mark on those who had the privilege of knowing him and witnessing his work.
Ralph was not only a patriot but also an avid gun owner. His respect for firearms was matched by his commitment to safety and responsibility. He cherished the time spent at the range, sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with friends and family.
Above all, Ralph was a devoted husband and father. His love for his family was unwavering, and he took great pride in their accomplishments and happiness. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Erma Tullier, and his cherished children, Lisa Dutton, Ralph Tullier Jr., Kathryn Kelley and Shelly MacMurray, as well as 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
Ralph's spirit, dedication, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew him. As we say goodbye to a remarkable man, we remember the profound impact he had on our lives and the countless memories he leaves behind.
Rest in peace, Ralph E. Tullier. Your legacy of love and service will live on in our hearts forever.
