Myrton Ray Rightmer (83) was born August 15, 1940 in Houston, Texas and passed away June 18, 2024 in Spring, Texas surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his son William Rightmer, parents William Myrton Rightmer & Eva Dale Green, and sister Mary Hirsch.
Ray is survived by his wife, Janice McChesney, of 22 years of marriage, daughters Elizabeth Slaughter & husband Brian, Tanya Pope, son Christopher McChesney & wife April, brothers Thomas Rightmer, Kirby Gates, sisters Joann Armstrong, Barbara Sue Holland, grandchildren: Casey, Hailey, BreAnn, Kinsley, Blake, Chelsey, Josh, Allie, and five great grandchildren.
