Melissa Ann Ramirez-Birchfield

October 12, 1975 ~ April 1, 2021 Melissa Ann Ramirez-Birchfield, 45, was born on October 12, 1975, in Victoria, Texas. She passed away peacefully on April 1, 2021 in Houston, Texas. Melissa is survived by her husband, Dewayne Birchfield of 5 years of marriage, loving parents Oscar and Mary Ramirez, brothers Oscar Ramirez Jr. (Michelle) and Omar Ramirez (Tina), as well as beloved nieces and nephews: Mariah Ramirez, Libby Vaugh, Calli Ramirez, Madilynn Ramirez, Cash Ramirez, Justin Birchfield, Zach Crotea, Ty Crotea, and Campbell Birchfield. Viewing will be held from 5pm to 8pm Thursday April 8, 2021 at Rios Funeral Directors with a Rosary to be recited at 6pm.   Mass will begin 11am Friday April 9, 2021, at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church 20000 Loop 494, New Caney, TX 77357. Pallbearers will be Oscar Ramirez Jr., Omar Ramirez, Serafin Ramirez Jr.,  Serafin Ramirez III,  Johnny Ramirez Jr., Manuel Ramirez III, Robert Arredondo, Jose Perez Honorary Pallbearer – Devon Bess
