She is preceded in death by her parents,Willie Burn Sr, and Tommie Jeans and also by her brother, Rusty Fields, and two sisters, Billie Spurlock and Kathy Wilganowski.Martha is survived by her husband of 10 years of marriage, Ricky Kelley. Son, Bobby Parker. Daughters; Brandy L. Collins and husband Robert, and Barbara J. Parker. One brother, Willie Burns Jr, sister Mary Shoemaker, and seven grandchildren.A private service will be held by the family.
