He is preceded in death by his parents, George Ralph Tullier and Jennie Ruth Tullier. Leroy is survived by his Brother; Ralph Emile Tullier and his spouse Erma Tullier. Nieces; Lisa Dutton and Kathryn Kelley and Shelly MacMurry. Nephew, Ralph Tullier Jr. and great nieces and great nephews. Private service will be held by the family.
