Leopold Victor Preat

Leopold Victor Preat 1928 – 2017Leopold Victor Preat, 89, passed away on July 21, 2017.  Leopold was born on July 19, 1928 in Wellsburg West Virginia.  He is preceded in death by his father Leopold Preat, mother Augustine Minet and his daughter Victoria Wheeler.  He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Jinnie Preat, his three sons; Brandon Preat, Paul Preat and William Preat, his two daughters; Tracie Cryer and Carri Preat.  He is also survived by his six grandchildren; Brantley Preat, Leo Paul Preat, Becky Preat, John Cryer II, Jenifer Deplois and Jessica Vaughn.  A private memorial service will be held by the family.
