Lazaro Casas Jr., 70, was born October 9, 1949 in Houston, Texas and passed away surrounded by family on January 8, 2020 in Houston, Texas.Lazaro is preceded in death by his parents, Lazaro Casas Sr. and Consuelo Cantu Casas and his sister Betty Ramos. He is survived by spouse of 40 years of marriage, Lidia Casas, son, Lazaro Casas III, daughter, Monica Casas Almaraz, and grandson, Lazaro Jesse Casas, 3 brothers, Joel Casas, Fermin Garcia and Oscar Garcia,  4 sisters Cora Garcia, Olga Garcia, Mary Lou Sepulveda and Odelia Contreras and many of nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews and host of friends. Visitation will be held from 5pm to 8pm Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at Rios Funeral Directors 21036 Loop 494, New Caney, Texas 77357. Service will be held 1:30pm Thursday, January 23, 2020 at Houston National Cemetery 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038.
