Judith Ellen Woodard was born on August 10, 1939 in West Virginia and passed away on March 17, 2020 at the age of 80. Judith is preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Woodard Jr. Father, Charles W. Ferguson Sr. Mother, Thelma Lucretia Thacker Ferguson. Sisters; Rosilyn E. Ferguson Newton and Denise Ferguson. Brother, Ronald E. Ferguson. She is survived by her son, Norman Woodard. Daughter; Melinda Savage and Pat. Brother, Charles W. Ferguson Jr and wife Diane. Sisters; Sandra Carrell and husband Marvin, Paula Palmere, Patricia Worbington, Pamela Avila and husband Rudy, Meda Jones, Teresa Huff and husband Rev. Lee, Deborah Worbington and Janice Pedo. 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.Visitation will be held Thursday March 19, 2020 starting at 11am to 1pm at Rios Funeral Directors Chapel followed by burial at Brookside Memorial Park.
