Joyce Brown 1946 - 2017Joyce Brown, 71, passed away on October 10, 2017.  She was born on May 14, 1946.  She is survived by her husband of 48 years Randall Tyrone Brown.  She is also survived by her daughter; Danielle Hancock and her husband Scott, her son Daylon Brown and three grandchildren; Brandon, Bryce and Ryland.  She is also survived by her brother; Wayne Anderson and his wife Karen. Her sister; Ramona Fleck and her husband Bud, and also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The family will have a memorial gathering at Rios Funeral Directors in New Caney on Wednesday October 18, 2017, from 5 - 8 p.m.
