Jay is survived by his wife Sarah Kay Johnson of 21 years of marriage. Sons Donald Galbraith and Jake Evans. Daughter Sarah Evans. Grandchildren Mike, Zack, Alexus, Kora, Terry, and Karley. Great-grandchild Niko Ivan, grandchildren in law Jose Jimenez, sister-in-law Jill Johnson, and nieces/nephews.
