Jack Wayne Elson

Jack Wayne Elson, 83, passed away peacefully in The Woodlands, Texas on September 17, 2026. He was born in El Dorado, Arkansas on June 28, 1943. He is preceded by his wife Mary Gwendolyn Elson of 23 years and both parents.

Jack is survived by his daughters Lisa Norris and her husband Wyn, and Stephany Williams and her husband Jeff. Stepsons Steven Taylor, (wife Debbie) and Michael Taylor (wife Carrie). He also had 7 grandchildren: Austin, Hunter, Gunnar, Cody, Caroline, Cole and Jadon, and 6 great grandchildren: Oliver, Maddox, Brooks, Juniper, Lily and Ellie.

Jack had a passion for cars, guns, and watches — and a knack for making people laugh. He was a legend in his own right. He will be missed! We love you, Jack!
