Frances Gennene Owens

Frances Gennene Owens (79) was born on July 26, 1947 in Houston, Texas and passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on July 30, 2026, in New Caney, Texas. She is preceded in death by her son Eric Wayne Owens, parents Albert Vernon Keller & Freeda Odell McKeehan, one brother and four sisters.

Frances is survived by her husband, Kenneth Owens of 53 years of marriage, daughter Stacy Lynn Adam & husband Andrew James, grandchildren Ryan Christpher Smith, Stephanie Lynn Austin, Brooke Mackinze Austin, Ava Blaire Austin, one great grandchild Landry Kristopher Smith, niece Donna and other numerous nieces & nephews.
