Faustino Hernandez Sr.

Faustino Hernandez, Sr., age 77, of Houston, Texas, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2025. He was a devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend whose presence brought strength, laughter, and warmth to everyone who knew him.

Faustino lived a life rooted in family, hard work, and loyalty. He was known for his caring heart, steady guidance, and the love he gave so freely to those around him. His family was his greatest pride, and he found his greatest joy in spending time with them, sharing stories, laughter, and creating memories that will live on for generations.

He is survived by his loving brother, Isaias Hernandez, Jr., (wife Janet), and sister Anita Rodriguez (husband Joe).

His legacy continues through his sons: Faustino Hernandez, Jr., Anthony James Hernandez (wife Kristy), Lawrence Alex Hernandez, and Royall Hernandez (wife Christina).

He was a proud grandfather to Alexandria (husband Dominic Mariscal), Nikolas Hernandez (fiancé, Griselda), Libby Hernandez, Anthony Hernandez, Jr., Samantha Hernandez, Jose E. Salinas, III (wife Barbara), Andrew Hernandez, Joseph Hernandez, Victoria Perez, Felicia Perez, and Emily Hernandez.

He was also blessed with two beautiful great-granddaughters, Isabelle and Olivia Mariscal, who brought him immense joy.

Faustino was preceded in death by his parents. Isaias Hernandez, Sr. and Gregoria Hernandez, brothers; Armando Hernandez and Freddie Hernandez, and his beloved grandson, Matthew Hernandez.

Those who knew Faustino will remember him for his kind heart, strong spirit, and unwavering love for his family. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the love he leaves behind. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
