Erma Lea Tullier, a beloved wife, mother, grammy, great-grammy, and sister, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on December 11, 1947, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Erma filled the lives of those around her with love, strength, and a feisty spirit that will be cherished forever.
Erma was the devoted wife of Ralph Tullier, with whom she shared 58 years of marriage, filled with love, commitment and lots of interesting stories. Together, they raised four children: Lisa Dutton, Kathryn Kelley, Shelly MacMurray, and Ralph Tullier Jr. Erma’s love extended to her seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was a staple at grandkids baseball games and always excited to be invited to other kid or grandkid events. She loved having her kids together and her grandkids come to visit her. It was one of her greatest joys to watch each of the grandkids and great grands grow up. Her family was her heart.
One of eight brothers and sisters, Erma grew up surrounded by a large family. Her bond with her brothers and sisters remained strong throughout her life, and she cherished the special times spent with them. Some of her happiest moments were traveling with her husband and sisters on cruises and enjoying outings to casinos.
Erma was strong and stubborn, facing life’s challenges with courage. She fought through years of cancer and never complained or felt sorry for herself.
Erma’s legacy is one of love and laughter. She leaves behind a family who will carry her light in their hearts forever.
Family and friends are invited to gather in her honor and share memories of a woman whose life was a blessing to all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tunnel2towers (T2T.org) or cancer research in Erma’s memory.
