Erasmo Barrera

Erasmo Barrera of 92 years was born on March 24, 1931 in Orange Grove, Texas and passed away on September 30, 2023 in Tomball, Texas. He is preceded in death by his wife Sylvia Barrera, son Ruben Barrera, parents Geronimo Barrera & Celia Garcia, brothers Roberto Barrera, Noe Barrera, & Eden Barrera, sisters Sulema Chavez and Gonzala Chavez.

Erasmo is survived by his son Erasmo Barrera Jr., daughter Oneida Higginbotham & husband Gordon, Senaida Guerra & husband Isaias, sister, Maria Delia Hinojosa, ten grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.  

Erasmo Barrera was 1 of a kind. His personality was a hard exterior, but deep down, he loved us, his way. 43 and counting descendants later, he has left his mark on our lives.

Rest in peace Apa, we will never forget you.
