Donna Jewel Woodard Haley left us on 12/26/21 to be with her parents, siblings, relatives, and friends who have passed prior. Born on 3/11/45 in Houston, Texas to Donald and Katerine Woodard in Houston, Texas.  Married her soulmate, high school sweetheart Wilie Haley Senior on 8/25/61.  She was supportive and participated in many family activities as she could.  Including trail rides in early years, family reunions early and there after she expressed a great love for her native American heritage and enjoyed participation in the pow wows.  She was a mama bear when it came to her children and grandchildren.  For the majority of her life, she has always been a pet mom as well.  Survived by her spouse Willie Haley Sr.  brother Bobby Woodard.  Proceeded in death parents Donald and Katherine Woodard, Siblings were Donald Jr.  Kathy and Billy.  Children Angela and spouse David Greer, Willie and Spouse Michele Haley grandchildren and great grandchildren John and spouse Desiree, Amanda, Cody,Tanner and spouse Meagan, Reagan, Angelina, Allie and Kace. Her loving pets Bonnie Sue, Pougie, and Seven.  

Visitation: Friday, January 14, 2022
Time: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
Location: Rios Funeral Directors Chapel

Service: Saturday, January 15, 2022
Time: 1:00pm
Location: Rios Funeral Directors Chapel

Interment: Saturday, January 15, 2022
Time: 3:00pm

This was my family alot growing up !! My second set of parents{Big Willie & Mama Donna} and sister {Angie} I never had plus my little Willie- Brother - !! Haley family has always had a very special place in my heart - we went our own ways but never once did r have I ever forgot them !! This is hard for all but always remember Donna is in a better place and is whole again !! No more pain no more sorrow just a life time of very special memories !! I love each one of y’all - please always remember this !! With love Tracy Smith Barnes
