September 23, 1935 ~ July 15, 2021Dolgma Millie Vincent, 85, was born on September 23, 1935 in Houston, Texas. She passed away on July 15, 2021 in Humble, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard Harrison Pullum and Elsie Mae Hefley, and her sons Howard and John Alexander. Dolgma is survived by her husband of 57 years of marriage, Thomas Gary Vincent, her son Michael Alexander, three granddaughters: Olivia Alexander, Evie Alexander, Eleanor Alexander, grandson Jeremy Alexander, three brothers, and two sisters.    Memorial service will be held 3:00pm Friday September 3, 2021 in the Rios Funeral Directors chapel.
