Connie (Nana) is survived by her daughter Amber Berry and her parents Leo and Mildred Faye Worrell. Her two sisters Carol Graves and Debbie Joss. Her four grandchildren Riley Nicole Gibson, Haley Renee Gibson, Carson Ray Falbe and Chase Tyler Landers.
