5/31/1945 ~ 9/30/2021Betty Lou Marcom, 76, was born on May 31, 1945 in Amherst, Texas. She passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2021 in her home surrounded by her loving family in Humble, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Palmer Meredith Cox Jr. & Essie Merle Rochelle Cox.Betty is survived by her husband of 57.5 years of marriage, Joe O. Marcom. Sons; Barry Marcom and wife Dedra and Bruce Marcom and wife Marta. Daughters; Brenda Acosta and husband Mike, and Becky Trevino. As well as eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.A viewing will be held Sunday, October 17, 2021 beginning from 5pm to 8pm in the chapel of Rios Funeral Directors.Service will be held at 10:00am Monday, October 18, 2021 in the chapel of Rios Funeral Directors followed by a private graveside service.
